Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties with a focus on creating safe, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and employees. Right now, Region Skåne is making the largest investments ever in Skåne's hospital areas. We are developing complex construction projects in sensitive healthcare environments, always with the highest demands on operational reliability. At the same time, we are expanding the infrastructure for public transport with new service depots for buses and trains.

The communications unit for Regionfastigheter is currently a team of five people who together contribute to the administration and Region Skåne achieving vision, goals, and strategies by developing the administration's communication work in the pursuit of a more communicative administration. The communication function is part of the administration's management groups at various levels and works as project communicators in Region Skåne's strategic construction projects. You will be part of the Group Staff Communication, whose mission is to contribute to realizing decided operational goals, political decisions, and strengthening Region Skåne's brand through professional communication efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a communicator at Regionfastigheter, you support specific operational areas and projects in various communication issues and actively contribute to both operational development and goal fulfillment. You serve as an important professional support where, through your competence and engagement, you help the administration reach out with the right message.

Your work includes providing communication advice to projects, management groups, and managers. You plan, implement, and follow up on communication efforts that support the needs of the organization and create value. The role involves switching between strategic and operational work, from being an important support in change management and planning communication efforts to translating these into concrete activities, content, and messages to achieve the desired effect.

The work is largely independent while you maintain close contact with colleagues in the communications unit and with colleagues in the administration. Since Regionfastigheter operates throughout Skåne, travel is included in the position, and you will have the opportunity to meet many different parts of the administration in their unique environments and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for someone with a relevant university or college education in media, communication, marketing, or other education or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of experience in both operational and strategic communication work. To succeed in the role, very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. We also see that you have experience in change communication and that you have habits and ideas about how to use AI in a smart and responsible way in communication work.

If you have experience in communication work within the property or construction industry, or if you have experience working in project form where you have acted as communication support, we consider it an advantage.

As a communicator, you are a driving and structured force who confidently leads your assignments from idea to execution. You take initiative, have a holistic perspective, and see how communication can strengthen the organization's goals. You create and maintain collaborations both internally and externally, and your way of meeting people builds trust around you. When challenges arise, you meet them with calm and solution focus, regardless of whether they concern assignments or relationships. With a humble and attentive approach, you take in colleagues' thoughts and experiences while confidently standing up for your decisions.
